Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the AI Background Eraser & Remover mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by FED WEBS (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.

The Application is provided for use on an "AS IS" basis.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you download, access, or use it.

This information may include:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • Device and application information

  • App version and package information

  • Device or installation identifiers

  • App interactions and feature usage

  • Time and duration of Application usage

  • Advertising-related identifiers where permitted

  • Diagnostic and performance information

  • Crash, error, and technical information

This information may be collected by the Application or by third-party services integrated into the Application for purposes such as analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, diagnostics, application configuration, and service improvement.

The Application does not intentionally collect precise GPS location information.

Some third-party services may use an IP address to estimate a user's approximate or general location for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.

Photos and Images

AI Background Eraser & Remover allows users to select photos and images from their device in order to use editing features such as:

  • AI background removal

  • Background replacement

  • Background color or gradient changes

  • Filters

  • Cropping

  • Image adjustments

  • Text

  • Stickers

  • Blur and other image effects

  • Saving and exporting edited images

The Application may request access to photos selected by the user only when such access is necessary to provide these features.

On-Device Image Processing

The Application uses technologies including Google ML Kit Subject Segmentation for background removal and image segmentation.

Image content used with ML Kit's on-device APIs is processed locally on the user's device. The photos used for subject segmentation are not uploaded to Google servers for image processing.

The Application may also use local image-processing technologies and libraries for operations such as filters, cropping, adjustments, effects, blur, resizing, and image manipulation.

The Service Provider does not intentionally upload or store users' original or edited photos on its servers solely for background removal or standard photo-editing operations, unless a separate feature clearly informs the user otherwise.

Third-party SDKs may still collect limited technical information such as device information, Application information, performance metrics, API usage, model-download events, and diagnostic information.

Firebase Services

The Application uses certain Google Firebase services that may include:

Google Analytics for Firebase

Firebase Analytics may collect information about how users interact with the Application, including Application launches, feature interactions, device information, and other usage events.

This information is used to understand Application usage, improve functionality, measure performance, and improve the user experience.

Firebase Realtime Database

The Application may use Firebase Realtime Database to store and retrieve Application-related information required for certain features.

Firebase may process technical information such as IP addresses and user-agent information in connection with providing its services.

The exact information stored in Firebase Realtime Database depends on the features of the Application and how users interact with them.

Firebase Remote Config

Firebase Remote Config may be used to remotely manage Application settings, feature configurations, advertisements, or other Application behavior without requiring users to install a new version.

Firebase Remote Config may use Firebase installation identifiers and related technical information to provide appropriate configuration values to a device.

The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

Google Mobile Ads SDK and associated advertising services may automatically collect or process information such as:

This information may be used for:

  • Advertising

  • Ad delivery

  • Ad measurement

  • Analytics

  • Fraud prevention

  • Personalization where permitted by applicable law and user consent

Information collected by Google Mobile Ads is handled in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies.

Consent Management

Depending on the user's country or region, users may be presented with privacy or consent options before personalized advertising or certain data processing activities occur.

Where required by law, users may be able to consent to, reject, or manage certain advertising and privacy choices.

In-App Purchases

The Application may use Google Play Billing to provide premium features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.

Purchase transactions are processed through Google Play.

The Service Provider does not directly receive or store users' complete payment card information.

Google may process transaction information and other information associated with purchases according to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.

These services may include:

Other open-source libraries may be used locally within the Application for interface design, image processing, animations, image loading, cropping, and other Application functionality.

The use of a software library does not necessarily mean that the library independently collects personal information.

  • Photo and media permissions

  • Advertising preferences

  • Other Android privacy controls

Where required, advertising consent preferences may also be managed through consent options made available within the Application.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact:

The Service Provider values the confidentiality and security of user information.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information processed through the Application.

Third-party service providers may also use security measures such as encryption during transmission.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
